Have you always wanted to practice yoga but you didn't know where to start? Join us for this five-class Beginner's Yoga Series!
WHY SHOULD YOU DO THIS?
-Build confidence in your yoga practice
-Explore the foundations of yoga
-Learn modifications that suit your body's needs
-Increase breath and body awareness
-Improve strength and flexibility
-Decrease stress levels within mind and body
DETAILS:
-This series will include discussion, asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath work) and meditation/relaxation.
-Questions will be encouraged and welcome throughout class.
-Small setting of 10 or less students, committed to 5 weeks together to support each other and build community.
-A private 20-minute consultation with Pia to discuss your yoga journey after the completion of the series.
WHAT TO BRING & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Bring an open beginner's mind.
-Wear comfortable clothes that give you free range of motion.
-A yoga mat (No worries mats are available at the studio)
-Hydrate before and after class.
-Please fill out our History and Physical form and bring it with you to your first class. Contact the studio to get the form emailed to you or your welcome to come to a free gentle yoga class any time prior to the series and pick your form up in person!
