Beginner's 6 week Yoga Series from 3/6/23-4/10/23 Monday's at 6pm!
Whether you are brand new to yoga or whether you want to revisit the basics, this is the class for you. Over this six week session we will cover the essential standing poses, gentle backbends and forward folds, sun salutations and variations. Learn how to practice safely and in the best way for your body. We will offer variations suitable for all levels of fitness and an introduction to the philosophy of yoga.
We will practice seated, supine and prone and standing postures.
